Trickster Theatre acknowledges that our art is created on the traditional territories of the Indigenous peoples of Treaty 7 and Treaty 6. This includes the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations), the Tsuut’ina Nation, the Stoney Nakoda (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney Nations), the Cree, Saulteaux, and Nakota Sioux. We also acknowledge that these lands are the home and gathering places of the Métis Nation within Alberta. We honour the generations of Indigenous artists, storytellers, and knowledge keepers who have shaped, cared for, and created on these lands since time immemorial.
