Sir John Franklin School is the north campus of the Arts Centred Learning(ACL) alternative program within the Calgary Board of Education. Arts Centred Learning focuses on learning IN and THROUGH the arts. Sir John Franklin and Trickster Theatre will celebrate diversity in our community and inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their goals and find their sense of self in the community. 

 Sir John Franklin will be one of four schools participating in the Igniting Wonder theme for the 2022/2023 season. Which includes video elements, puppets, and green screens along with the regular theatre performance.
