Hey Calgary teachers! Want to learn more about Trickster Theatres residencies?
In our residencies, we help you create a show based on a theme. Yes, any theme! We turn your gym into a theatre, with lights, sound, and curtains, and we supply costumes for everyone. All students typically act in the show. You can also do school and parent shows.
We will be doing residencies in the following schools in Calgary: William Reid, Alternative High, Green Dome Islamic, Calgary Islamic School, Vista Heights, Sunnyside, Captain John Palliser, Marion Carson, Haysboro, Highwood, Andrew Sibbald, Bridlewood, Panorama Hills, Rosemount, Our Lady of the Rosary, West Dalhousie, and Wildwood.
Some of the themes we will be creating performances about include: Belonging, Connections, Wellbeing, Islamic Culture, Local Canadian History, Harmony with the Earth, the Year of the Horse, Inclusion, Social Issues, Cooperation, The Land, and School and Family Values.
