What We Learn from the Land - Winter

Located 100Km West of Edmonton, Alexis Nakota Sious Nation Education is bringing together two schools Wakamne Elementary and Chief Aranazhi to work with Trickster on a performance investigating “What We Learn from the Land – Winter Edition.” Alberta is cold in the winter, but even with the chill, there are stories to be told and lessons to be learned from the land. Involving the community and Elders to incorporate ceremony into the performance.
